Job summary

Zoho is seeking an experienced Branch Head / Workshop In-Charge to oversee a multi-brand automotive workshop in Qatar. You will manage technicians, ensure smooth workflow, maintain service quality, and handle customer interactions effectively.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in workshop operations, proven leadership, and strong knowledge of multi-brand servicing. GCC experience is an added advantage; relocation to Qatar is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in automotive workshop operations.
• Prior supervisory or managerial experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of multi-brand vehicle servicing.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• GCC experience is an added advantage.
• Diploma or degree in Automobile Engineering or related field.
