Job summary

Zoho is seeking an experienced Branch Head / Workshop In-Charge to oversee the daily operations of a multi-brand automotive workshop in Qatar. The role focuses on managing technicians, ensuring smooth workflow, maintaining service quality and handling customer interactions.

You will lead and allocate work, monitor repairs for timely completion, coordinate with the spare parts team, and uphold safety standards while generating operational reports.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in automotive workshop operations.
• Experience in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of multi-brand vehicle servicing.
• GCC experience is an added advantage.
• Diploma or degree in Automobile Engineering or related field.
• Only Muslim candidates are eligible to apply.
