Job summary

Zoho India is hiring a Branch Head with 6–8 years in selling financial services and leading a branch or staff. You will oversee branch operations, risk management, and regular reporting to the Regional Manager.

The role includes HR activities, business development, and client acquisition of high-net-worth individuals and corporate clients. Strong leadership, communication, and CRM/MS Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in managing a branch or team.
• 5+ years of experience in selling financial products such as SIP, mutual funds, and PMS.
• Strong knowledge of financial markets and investment products.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary: INR 4.5 LPA to INR 6 LPA + Attractive Incentives
Experience: Minimum 6-8 years of experience in selling financial services products and managing branch administration or managing staff.

Responsibilities :

Branch Operations:

• Monitor daily branch activities including pay-ins/payouts and customer grievances.
• Manage risk associated with trade errors and debtors.
• Provide regular reports on branch activities to the Regional Manager.

HR Activities for Branch:

• Manage branch staff including recruitment, training, and performance management.

Marketing & Business Development Activities:

• Lead customer acquisition and retention efforts.
• Target High Net Worth Individuals (HNIs) and corporate clients.
• Conduct competitor analysis to identify market trends and opportunities.
• Facilitate daily morning meetings and discussions with branch staff.
• Review branch performance metrics on a monthly and weekly basis.
• Organize weekly investor meets to expand the client base.
  

Requirements

• Proven leadership experience in managing a branch or team.
• 5+ years of experience in the stock market and selling financial products such as SIP, mutual funds, and PMS (Portfolio Management Services).
• Strong knowledge of financial markets and investment products.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate and lead a team to achieve business goals.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
