Job summary

Aakash Educational Services (AESL) is hiring a Branch Head in Hyderabad to drive overall branch growth, revenue, and admissions while leading Sales & Operations teams. This role focuses on delivering exceptional student and parent experiences, managing KPIs, and ensuring SOP compliance across the branch.

The candidate should have a Graduate or higher degree with MBA/PGDM preferred and 8–14+ years in branch or business-unit leadership, preferably in education. Industry experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Graduate/Postgraduate; MBA/PGDM preferred.
• 8-14+ years of branch and team management experience.
• Education/training industry experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Own branch revenue, admissions, profitability and targets.
• Manage leads, counselling, conversions and fee collections.
• Lead Sales & Operations teams; set KRAs and review performance.
• Ensure smooth branch operations including SOP compliance and reporting.
• Handle escalations and ensure high student/parent experience.
• Track daily/weekly KPIs and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure adherence to policies, processes and audits.

Role Purpose

Responsible for overall branch business growth, revenue, admissions, team performance, operations, and student/parent experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Business & Revenue: Own revenue, admissions, enrolment, profitability, and branch targets.


• Sales & Admissions: Manage leads, walk-ins, counselling, conversions, follow-ups, and fee collections.


• Team Management: Lead Sales & Operations teams; set KRAs, review performance, coach, motivate, and support hiring.


• Operations: Ensure smooth branch functioning, SOP compliance, reporting, manpower, and infrastructure.


• Student/Parent Experience: Handle escalations, feedback, and ensure excellent customer experience.


• Performance & Reporting: Track daily/weekly KPIs, identify gaps, and take corrective actions.


• Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies, processes, documentation, audits, and statutory requirements.
