Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or CA/Inter CA/MBA.
• 3 to 6 years of proven experience in lending operations, credit risk, or underwriting within a Bank or NBFC.
• Exceptional leadership, effective communication, decision-making under pressure, and keen attention to detail.
