Hindco Recruitment Consultants is seeking a motivated Credit Manager/Analyst to join their financial services team in India. You will assess borrower credibility, develop scoring models, and contribute to risk-adjusted loan decisions.

You will set interest rates, monitor repayments, and collaborate with sales and collections to optimize revenue while safeguarding asset quality.

Qualifications

• Proven work experience as a Credit Manager, Credit Analyst or similar role.
• Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to create and process financial spreadsheets (e.g. in Excel).
