Equitas Small Finance Bank Ltd. is seeking a Branch Business Head to lead the KHARADI branch in Maharashtra. The role focuses on profitability, sales, loan portfolio quality, and disciplined repayment tracking.

You will drive channel development, nurture the sales team, and ensure efficient branch administration while building strong relationships with DSEs and dealerships to source business. A broad educational mix supports diverse strategic input.

Qualificações

• Management, Sales Management, Business Strategy, and Sales Portfolio Management capabilities.
• Varied educational background including Commerce, Arts, Science, and MBA qualifications.

Responsabilidades

• Act as a profit Center Head for the branch
• Manage the Branch in terms of Sales, Branch operations and administration
• Build a high Quality Loan portfolio
• Track and Ensure Repayments of the Loan disbursed
• Maintain Manage & Deliver SO Productivity
• Enable sales team to high performance and be a team player
• To Build and Nurture team & enable them to achieve high performance
• Manage Administrative smooth functioning of the branch
• Develop more channels for sourcing business in UCV penetration by building strong relationship with DSE/Dealership
• PDD tracking for loan disbursed
• Monitor and manager manpower at branch as per capacity
• Ensure good quality loan portfolio by closely following up on the first 12 months repayments
