Job summary

Equitas Small Finance Bank in North zone invites a Branch Credit Manager to join our Assets division. The role focuses on diligent loan appraisal in line with policy, supporting the sales team to achieve targets, and ensuring complete and compliant files before disbursement.

You will drive audit compliance across branches and ensure timely PDD completion for loans disbursed. Requires 2–3 years of experience and 12th pass as indicated in the job posting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in credit/loan appraisal and management.
• Competency in evaluating loan applications per policy.
• Good understanding of branch-level processes and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Diligently appraise loan applications in line with credit policy (NCV, UCV & Used Car ED) per threshold levels.
• Support sales teams to achieve objectives through collaboration.
• Ensure files are complete before loan disbursement as per FTR by training the team.
• Ensure audit compliance across branches (process orientation).
• Ensure timely completion of PDD for disbursed loans.
