Equitas Small Finance Bank in Tamil Nadu is seeking a Branch Sales Manager - UCV to lead branch sales activities and build a high-quality loan portfolio.

You will track repayments, drive productivity, and enable the sales team to achieve high performance while developing the UCVD and DOST channels for alternate sourcing.

The role requires strong leadership, capacity planning, and a focus on first-year repayments to ensure portfolio health.

Competenze

• UG degree is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to lead and mentor a sales team.
