Equitas Small Finance Bank invites applications for the role of Branch Manager - Retail at Vijayawada Branch. The selected candidate will lead Retail/Microfinance and New Product teams, driving sourcing, collections and branch profitability while ensuring RBI compliance and portfolio quality.

Ideal candidate has 7–15 years in private banks or large NBFCs, with a strong sales and collections track record and proficiency in MS Office.

• Build a high Quality Loan portfolio
• Responsible to Achieve targeted micro finance members for the Branch
• Track and Ensure Repayments of the Loan disbursed
• Maintain Manage & Deliver Branch productivity for Micro finance/Micro LAP/HF/AGRI/New product
• Responsible acquit ion of recurring deposit for the bank through eligible micro finance members
• Responsible for sufficient manpower in every branch to achieve the desired results
• Handholding entire branch team to achieve desired targets

• Responsible for sales team to high performance and be a team player
• To Build and Nurture team & enable them to achieve high performance

Purpose of the role:

• Responsibilities managed in the previous organizations(Primarily Sales & Collection function. Past experience on the sales & Collection side in Housing Finance /Loan against property/Business Loan)
• Computer/technical skills (Handy with Basic Microsoft office)
