The position is permanent and based at a West Zone branch. You will oversee the branch portfolio, ensure timely loan disbursements, and push cross-sell while maintaining service quality.

Qualifications

• 5-6 years of relevant experience in banking or financial services.
• Experience in branch leadership and revenue targets is preferred.
• Strong people management and customer service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Achieve disbursement targets as per budget plan.
• Maintain branch productivity as per target.
• Manage branch portfolio and risk for quality assets.
• Ensure timely completion of loan disbursements.
• Drive cross-sell and product penetration.
• Monitor product mix and WIRR performance.
• Lead and develop the branch team.
• Minimise attrition through effective people management.
