• Track manpower as per capacity plan and ensure individual productivity.
• Appointment of new UCVD & DOST channels for alternative sourcing.
• PDD to be tracked for loan disbursed.
• Ensure good quality loan portfolio by closely following up on the first 12 months repayments.
