Kotak Life Insurance is seeking a Sales Manager to drive the partner sales strategy on site at Kotak Mahindra Bank premises. The role focuses on leading and motivating channel partners, setting targets, and enabling growth through training and performance monitoring.

With 2–6 years in life insurance, you will formulate plans, monitor outcomes, and support partners in lead generation and closing sales to ensure sustained business success.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree (minimum requirement)
• 2–6 years of work experience in Life Insurance
• Experience in sales channel management and leadership

Required work experience - 2 to 6 years in Life Insurance

Roles and Responsibilities:

• The incumbent will formulate and implement sales plan for the partner for achieving business targets of sales unit. Lead, motivate and train the partner.
• Set and monitor clear objectives to achieve the agreed sales targets for the partners.
• Help partners to generate and track leads, close sales.
• Help partners to upsell and cross sell to customers basis need analysis
• Help the partner facilitate their training on an ongoing basis to ensure a productive channel at all times
• Take regular feedback from partners and customers on satisfaction on selling process and products
• Review Sales plan of the partner and support their growth.

The employee will be on payroll of Kotak Life but will seat in the premises of Kotak Mahindra Bank.
