Job summary

Kotak Life Insurance is hiring a Sales Manager for our Banca Channel in Rajkot, Gujarat. The role focuses on formulating and implementing sales plans, leading and training partner teams, and driving targets through effective lead generation and closing sales.

You will support partners with training, monitor performance, and collect feedback to refine selling processes and products, while being on Kotak Life’s payroll.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and train partner sales teams in the banca channel.
• Set and monitor clear objectives to achieve agreed sales targets for partners.
• Help partners generate and track leads, close sales.
• Assist partners to upsell and cross-sell based on need analysis.
• Provide ongoing training to partners to ensure productive channel performance.
• Gather regular feedback from partners and customers on selling processes and products.
• Review partners' sales plans and support their growth.

• 5. Help the partner facilitate their training on an ongoing basis to ensure a productive channel at all times.
• 6. Take regular feedback from partners and customers on satisfaction on selling process and products.
• 7. Review Sales plan of the partner and support their growth.
• 8. The employee will be on payroll of Kotak Life.
