Magma HDI General Insurance is seeking an experienced Sales Leader to head branch performance in Bihar, Muzaffarpur. You will drive premium targets, allocate sales goals to Sales Managers, and ensure adequate manpower to support growth.

You will optimize product and channel mix, monitor costs, and collaborate with underwriting, operations, and claims teams to ensure seamless service and strong financial results.

Qualifikationen

• Postgraduate degree or higher in a relevant field.
• 7+ years of experience in GI sales and channel management.
• Proven leadership of sales teams and achievement of targets.
