Job summary

Grassroots Solutions & Services Pvt. Ltd. is seeking enthusiastic BPO Recruiters and Talent Acquisition Executives to manage end-to-end recruitment for BPO and corporate hiring.

You will source candidates, screen profiles, coordinate interviews and manage offers to ensure timely closures while providing an excellent candidate experience. You will source through job portals, social media, referrals, walk-ins, and recruitment vendors, screen resumes, and conduct HR telephonic interviews.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• 0–3 years of recruitment or Talent Acquisition experience.
• Freshers encouraged to apply.
• Strong English communication; knowledge of regional languages is a plus.
• Experience with major job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Familiarity with ATS/CRM systems and MS Office.
• Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for BPO and corporate hiring.
• Source candidates via portals, social media, referrals, walk-ins, and recruitment vendors.
• Screen resumes and conduct HR telephonic interviews.
• Assess candidate suitability based on job requirements.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and operations teams.
• Maintain candidate records and update the ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle, including offer acceptance and onboarding.
• Coordinate with recruitment partners, colleges, and consultants for bulk hiring requirements.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly hiring targets.
• Prepare recruitment MIS reports and maintain hiring dashboards.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Participate in job fairs, campus drives, and walk-in recruitment events.

Eligibility & Requirements

• Bachelors degree in any discipline.
• 0-3 years of experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, HR, or BPO Hiring.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills and an interest in recruitment are encouraged to apply.
• Good communication skills in English; knowledge of regional languages is an added advantage.
• Hands-on experience with job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, WorkIndia, Apna, LinkedIn, etc., is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and ATS/CRM tools.
• Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
