Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for BPO positions.
• Source candidates through job portals, databases, social media, referrals, and other channels.
• Screen candidates based on job requirements and communication skills.
• Conduct initial candidate calls and explain job roles, salary, shifts, and other details.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring teams.
• Follow up with shortlisted candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates to improve interview-to-joining conversions.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly hiring targets.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment reports.
• Support high-volume hiring requirements and ensure timely closures.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and upcoming BPO requirements.
