Job summary

Cyfuture seeks an HR Recruiter to drive bulk and mass hiring for IT and non-IT roles in Dadri, managing joining formalities, inductions, and documentation while building candidate pipelines through references.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, support employee engagement initiatives, and ensure smooth HRMS onboarding to deliver a positive, compliant start for new hires.

Qualifications

• Experience in bulk and mass hiring across IT and non-IT profiles.
• Proven ability to interview and build candidate pipelines through references.
• Manage joining formalities, induction, and documentation.
• Maintain documentation and records for new hires.
• Drive employee engagement activities and events.
• Oversee onboarding in HRMS and coordinate with departments.

Job description

• Hands-on of Bulk Hiring, Mass Hiring, Mass hiring.


• Taking interviews, hiring through references, should be having own connections to hiring candidates.


• Should have knowledge to handle BPO Projects. Worked on BOP, IT, Non-IT profiles


• Experience of Joining Formalities, Induction process.


• Effectively handling the entire documentation procedure and maintain the files.


• Should have good experience in Employee Engagement activates.


• Manage new hire onboarding in HRMS, understanding the HR functionalities.


• Coordinate with cross-functional departments and ensure new hires are on-boarded successfully.

• Need good communication skill, leading personality.
