wroots global pvt ltd seeks a proactive Domestic & International Customer Support Executive to be the first point of contact for customers in the country. You will handle inbound/outbound communications via calls, emails, and chats, delivering prompt, accurate assistance and a seamless post-sales experience.

You will log all interactions in the CRM, provide timely resolutions, upsell when appropriate, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer concerns are addressed efficiently.

Competenze

• PUC or graduation required.
• Strong communication and customer handling skills.
