Job summary

Ericsson is seeking a skilled professional to drive advancement of enterprise software built on BMC Remedy ARS/Helix. You will contribute across development, development of ARS forms and integrations, and leveraging Helix tools for end-to-end implementations.

This role emphasizes experience with RESTful integrations, web services, and a fast-paced Agile environment, with multiple Indian locations like Noida/Gurgaon/Bangalore/Chennai/Kolkata/Pune.

Qualifications

• 4–10 years of product development and implementation experience with BMC Remedy ARS/BMC Helix as a development platform.
• Proficiency in ARS Development using ARS Forms, Active Links, Filters, Escalation, and related ARS objects.
• Experience with BMC Helix Innovation Suite, BMC Helix MCB, and BMC Helix iPaaS (Jitterbit).
• Experience in integrations using Web Services, REST APIs, and database queries.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement enterprise software products in a fast-paced, distributed, and agile environment.
• Develop/access Web Services; work with REST protocols and JSON.
• Integrations with SRM, Incident, Change, Work Order and CMDB Modules.

What you will do

• 4 ~10 years of product development and Implementation experience with a proven track record of delivering high-quality products using BMC Remedy ARS/BMC Helix as a development platform.
• Proficiency and prior experience in ARS Development using ARS Forms & ARS objects - Active Links, Filters, Escalation, Active Link Guides, Filter Guides, Menus, Web Services, and Applications.
• Proficiency in BMC Helix Innovation Suite, BMC Helix MCB, and BMC Helix iPaaS (Jitterbit) for development and support.
• Expertise in integrations using Web Services, REST APIS, database queries, and third-party software.
• Very Good Exposure to Remedy Integrations using the latest version of Remedy APIs, ARS workflow, Integrations with SRM, Incident, Change, Work Order and CMDB Module.

You will bring

• Experience in developing enterprise software products in a fast-paced, distributed, and agile development environment
• Experience in developing/accessing Web Services, including good knowledge of REST protocols and web development using Java-script/JSON will be an added advantage
• Experience in SRM, BWF, DWP, and DWP Catalogue
• Experience in Asset Management, Smart IT and Helix Dashboard
