Job summary

Genpact in India is seeking a Lead for Lean Digital Transformation to drive high-impact projects that deliver measurable business outcomes across multiple client engagements. You will mentor cross-functional teams, champion continuous improvement, and design CI roadmaps for complex transitions with clear milestones and risk mitigations.

You will implement standardized Project Management practices, work closely with PMs and delivery leads to institutionalize Genpact's ways of working, and mentor

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Economics, or Finance; MBA with analytics is a plus.
• Certifications listed (CBAP, ITIL 4, Power BI, PRINCE2, PMP) are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Independently lead high-impact projects to deliver business outcomes.
• Drive Lean Six Sigma and CI through engagement drives and mentoring.
• Identify opportunities to improve productivity and stabilize transitions with CI roadmaps.
• Ensure implementation of PM standards and Genpact delivery practices with PMs and teams.
• Mentor teams on Agile/Scrum and audit processes against CMMI/ISO standards.
