Genpact Ltd. is seeking a Lead - Lean Digital Transformation to drive value through Lean Six Sigma and Digital initiatives. You will design strategies, lead MBB projects, and build a culture of process excellence across global teams.

The role requires advanced Lean Six Sigma expertise, strong process consulting skills, and the ability to mentor Black Belts while delivering measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma LSS experience and Black Belt level.
• Experience in process consulting and driving value across programs.
• Project management skills to lead large-scale transformation initiatives.
