Job summary

Sunbrilo Technology in Hyderabad seeks a hands-on engineer with robotic simulation experience for large BIW line projects using Process Simulate. You will contribute to process design, layout updates, and 3D fixture design supporting manufacturing.

Expertise in Process Simulate and Process Designer, plus UG/CATIA, is essential. You will perform cycle-time studies, accessibility analyses for welding robots, and assist with safety and OLP compliance on BIW assemblies.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in robotic simulation for large BIW projects using Process Simulate.
• Experience with Process Designer and Process Design.
• Knowledge of process layout, 3D fixture designs, and manufacturing support.
• BIW assemblies & sub-assemblies design and detailing.
• Experience in welding fixtures for BIW; guns and grippers design.
• Robotic welding accessibility studies, cycle time analysis.
• Knowledge of UG/CATIA.
• OLP & Safety knowledge.

Job description

Working days- Monday to Saturday

There are 2 shifts: 6 AM to 3 PM and 3PM to 12 AM

Saturday is working i.e, 6 days working from office

JD:

• Hands on experience in Robotic Simulation of Large scale Projects in BIW Line engineering using Process Simulate
• Working experience in Process Simulate, Process Designer
• Knowledge of from Process Design, preparation/updating process layout, 3D Fixture Designs and Manufacturing Support
• Process design for various BIW assemblies & sub-assemblies.
• Overview of designing, detailing, manufacturing of BIW Welding Fixtures for various vendors.
• Overview of Robotic Simulation & accessibility study for Welding Robots & Guns for BIW , cycle time analysis
• Knowledge of Design of grippers, weld gun arms and air-circuit design.
• Must have experience in doing OLP & Safety
• Knowledge of UG/CATIA
