Job summary

Captalent Hr in Chennai invites a skilled Sales & Service Engineer to install, commission, calibrate, and provide on-site support for dental digital equipment at customer sites.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years in dental/medical equipment sales and service, a Diploma in Electronics/Biomedical/Instrumentation or B.Tech/B.E in ECE or Biomedical Engineering, and is male. Freshers are not eligible.

Qualifications

• B.Tech / B.E in Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE) or Biomedical Engineering

Responsibilities

• Install, commission, and calibrate dental equipment at customer sites.
• Handle service complaints with prompt diagnosis and resolution.
• Provide preventive and corrective maintenance as per SOPs.
• Deliver online/remote technical support to doctors and clinical teams.
• Maintain service documentation, reports, and call logs.
• Coordinate AMC/CMC field visits with customers.

Role Overview :

The Sales & Service Engineer will be responsible for installation, commissioning, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and technical sales support of dental equipment.

The role demands strong clinical interaction skills, adherence to SOPs, and a high level of commitment to customer satisfaction and service excellence.

Key Responsibilities :

Technical Service & Support

• Perform installation, commissioning, and calibration of dental equipment at customer sites
• Handle service complaints efficiently with prompt diagnosis and resolution
• Provide preventive and corrective maintenance as per company SOPs
• Deliver online / remote technical support to doctors and clinical teams
• Maintain accurate service documentation, reports, and call logs
• Workout field visits on AMCs and CMCs with Customers
