Job summary

• Conduct regular customer visits and monitor equipment performance.
• Provide basic user training to hospital staff/operators.
• Coordinate with senior engineers for complex technical issues.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure timely service closure.
• Follow company safety, quality & service procedures.
