Job summary

Jaipur National University is seeking a biomedical maintenance coordinator to oversee technical support and training for medical equipment across the facility. The role focuses on sustaining uninterrupted equipment performance, coordinating preventive maintenance plans, and ensuring up-to-date service records.

The incumbent will renew AMC/CMC contracts, assist in procurement decisions, and maintain inventory and PM schedules, while coordinating with Medical Gas to ensure reliable gas supply in

Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance and training to personnel from the facility in maintenance and use of medical equipment.
• Execute monthly schedule of plan for preventive maintenance.
• Provide training for facility staff on maintenance and utilization of equipment.
• Renew AMC/CMC's of medical equipment.
• Coordinate and provide necessary support to Medical gas section to maintain uninterrupted gas supply in ward/ICUs/OTs and other areas.
• Prepare indent & maintain inventory stock.
• Provide critical inputs in decision making for procurement of various medical equipment.
• Evaluate new equipment and its technical specifications.
• Maintain medical equipment/history cards/PM Schedule/preventive schedule.
