Job summary

A leading engineering firm in Kerala is looking for a detail-oriented BIM Engineer with 3–5 years of experience. The role involves developing accurate 3D models for HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems. You will manage multiple tasks, troubleshoot issues, and deliver high-quality results within deadlines. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Revit MEP or Fabrication CAD MEP, Navisworks, and possess strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience developing accurate 3D models for HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver high-quality results within deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain 3D MEP models using Revit and/or Fabrication CAD MEP.
• Generate shop drawings, spool drawings, and equipment schedules.
• Coordinate with other trade services and participate in design review meetings.
• Maintain modelling standards and mentor junior engineers.
