Job summary

VIRTUZA BIMNxt LLP in Chennai is seeking a BIM Technician to prepare detailed drawings across Architecture, Structure and MEP using AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks Manage and Civil 3D. You will coordinate with architects, engineers and other team members to ensure accurate design documentation.

• 1-3 years of experience in BIM modeling (Architecture / Structure / MEP).
• Strong understanding of construction detailing processes and procedures.
• Proficiency in Autodesk products such as AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks Manage; Civil 3D is an added advantage.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
