Job summary

ITC in Bengaluru seeks a Civil BIM Modeler to develop and maintain digital 3D BIM models for architectural, structural, and MEP systems using REVIT, AutoCAD, and Navisworks Manage. You will collaborate with architects and engineers, ensure model accuracy and standards, and generate reports and drawings for construction projects.

The role requires hands-on experience in rendering and GFCS workflows, with a passion for learning new concepts and techniques to support efficient project execution.

Role & responsibilities

• Need to develops and maintains digital 3D models of architectural, structural, and mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems using BIM software.
• Collaborates with architects and engineers, ensures model accuracy and adherence to standards, and generates reports and drawings for construction projects.
• They should have inquiring mind for learning new concepts.
• Experience in model creation, clash detection, data exchange, quality control.
• Creating GFCS and should have hands on with the Rendering of the models. to support efficient project execution and informed decision-making.

Preferred candidate profile

• B Tech / BE in Civil Engineering / Architecture / Mechanical
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in Civil BIM Modeler.
• Experience in Industrial Projects: FMCG, Warehouse, Manufacturing Unit, Commercial Projects: IT Companies, Hospitals, Commercial malls, Residential Projects: High Rise Building
