Job summary

Mazameer Design in Kerala is seeking a talented Faade BIM Modeller to join our growing team. You will develop accurate 3D faade models, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, and ensure BIM outputs meet project and industry standards.

Candidates should have a Diploma/BE/BTech in Civil/Mechanical and 0–2 years BIM experience, with proficiency in REVIT, NAVISWORK, AUTOCAD, and BIM360, plus strong communication.

Qualifications

• Diploma/BE/BTech in Civil/Mechanical required.
• 0–2 years BIM experience preferred.
• Strong communication and ability to deliver quality BIM.
• Experience with ACC, BIM platform is a plus.

Responsibilities

• 3D BIM modelling, Revit modelling, 3D building modelling.
• Develop design submissions from various formats (Sketches, BIM Execution Plans, architectural drawings, AutoCAD drawings, PDFs etc).
• Responsible for model sharing and collaboration using BIM 360.
• Responsible for creating, developing, and extracting 2D documentation from Models.
• Develop BIM Models, Construction Drawings, and parametric Revit families - Quality checking BIM projects- Communicating with clients where required.
• Performing Clash detection using NAVISWORK and making necessary corrections.
• Should have designed and modelled buildings , worked with Revit families and components, and can build very sophisticated models.
• Should have a strong background working with and managing drafting teams, overseeing project deliverables, and coaching other teammates in technical and process-related aspects.

• Software Knowledge : REVIT, NAVISWORK, AUTOCAD, BIM360
• Should have significant experience with the ACC, BIM platform
• Should have very good communication skills and have a proven ability to prepare and deliver quality BIM.
