Job summary

Innovspatial is seeking a BIM Engineer Modeler to develop detailed BIM models using AutoCAD and Revit for architectural and structural components. You will collaborate with architects and engineers to integrate designs into a cohesive BIM model and manage BIM workflows for effective team communication.

You will conduct clash detection analyses, resolve conflicts, and generate construction documents per industry standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Structural Engineering, or related field.
• 3 years of professional BIM Engineer Modeler experience focusing on architectural and structural design.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit for modeling and documentation.
• Knowledge of building codes and construction techniques related to architectural and structural design.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills; team oriented.
• Attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work on time and within budget.
• Experience with Navisworks or similar clash detection tools is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed BIM models using AutoCAD and Revit for architectural and structural components of building projects.

• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in BIM technology, including attending training sessions and obtaining relevant certifications.
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure project deadlines and deliverables are met.
