Job summary

Innowell Engineering International is seeking a BIM Modeller to develop and modify Civil/Architectural BIM models using Revit, and to prepare detailed construction drawings. You will coordinate with MEP and other teams to resolve clashes and ensure compliance with BEP and client requirements.

The role requires 1-5 years of BIM modelling experience, strong Revit/AutoCAD skills, and good communication for cross-functional coordination. Navisworks coordination and BIM 360 knowledge are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering or Architecture required.
• 1-5 years of BIM modelling experience.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD.
• Knowledge of Navisworks and BIM 360 is an advantage.
• Understanding of construction drawings and international standards.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills.
