Job summary

Assystem GmbH is seeking a BIM Modeller to develop and manage detailed 3D BIM models across architectural, structural and MEP disciplines. The role supports design and construction teams, ensuring model accuracy and documentation in line with project standards.

The candidate will perform clash detection, coordinate with engineers, and update models per design revisions, while extracting quantities and maintaining rigorous file management.

Qualifications

• Experience in building information modelling (BIM) across architectural, structural and MEP disciplines.
• Familiarity with BIM standards and BIM Execution Plan (BEP).
• Strong coordination with design engineers and other consultants.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain 3D BIM models for architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines.
• Prepare detailed drawings, shop drawings, and construction documentation from BIM models.
• Coordinate with design engineers and consultants to ensure model accuracy and completeness.
• Perform clash detection and model coordination using Navisworks or similar tools.
• Ensure compliance with project BEP and company BIM standards.
• Update models based on design revisions and site feedback.
• Extract quantities and generate reports from BIM models.
• Maintain proper file management and version control as per project protocols.
• Participate in coordination meetings and provide model-based inputs.
