Job summary

Optalon HR Consultant Pvt Ltd is seeking a Mechanical/Electrical/Plumbing BIM Modeler with 2-5 years of experience to build 3D MEP models in Revit MEP, perform clash detection with Navisworks, and prepare coordination and shop drawings for projects in India.

Candidates should have a B.Tech/B.E. in EEE or Mechanical and be proficient in AutoCAD and BIM workflows. LOD 300-400 experience is preferred for accurate quantity extraction.

Qualifications

• 2-5 yrs experience in BIM modelling for MEP systems.
• LOD 300-400 for models and accurate quantity extraction.
• Experience with HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire fighting coordination.

Responsibilities

• Create 3D MEP models (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire fighting) in Revit MEP.
• Run Navisworks clash detection and coordinate clashes.
• Prepare coordination drawings and shop drawings for manufacture and installation.
• Extract quantities from models for BOQ and invoicing.
