Job summary

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of BIM modelling and MEP project experience.
• Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. in Electrical Engineering/Civil/Mechanical.
• Proficient in Autodesk Revit.
• Knowledge of Navisworks and clash detection.
• Familiar with ACC/BIM 360 and BIM workflows.

Responsibilities

• Develop and update 2D/3D BIM models and drawings using Autodesk Revit.
• Assist in preparing electrical, mechanical, and plumbing models and construction drawings.
• Support the preparation and updating of as-built models and documentation.
• Assist with model coordination and clash detection using Navisworks.
• Use Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC/BIM 360) for model sharing, issue tracking, and coordination.
• Coordinate with senior modellers and multidisciplinary engineering teams to resolve modelling issues.
• Review models and drawings for accuracy and compliance with project standards.
• Maintain BIM documentation and deliverables as per project requirements.
• Complete assigned modelling tasks within project deadlines.
