Job summary

Cadbricks Inc. in Visakhapatnam is seeking an MEP BIM Modeler to develop MEP BIM models using Autodesk Revit, prepare shop and coordination drawings, and generate BOQs for site projects.

You will perform clash detection in Navisworks, maintain BIM standards and templates, update models with design revisions, and support LOD 300/400 modeling requirements.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in MEP BIM Modeling.
• Experience in HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Fighting modeling.
• Ability to prepare shop drawings, coordination drawings, and BOQs.
• Understanding of BIM standards, LOD 300/400, and clash detection.
• Good knowledge of construction drawings and MEP systems.
• Ability to coordinate with Architecture, Structure, and site teams.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
