PHENSA is seeking a Junior MEP BIM Modeller with 1-2 years of BIM modelling experience to join our engineering team in India. You will develop 2D/3D BIM models using Revit for electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems and support BIM coordination across disciplines.

The role involves updating as-built models, performing clash detection with Navisworks, and using ACC/BIM 360 for model sharing and issue tracking.

Qualificações

Job Description:

We are looking for a Junior MEP BIM Modeller with 1-2 years of experience in BIM modelling and MEP projects. The candidate should have working knowledge of Autodesk Revit and an understanding of MEP systems, technical drawings, and BIM coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and update 2D/3D BIM models and drawings using Autodesk Revit.
• Assist in preparing electrical, mechanical, and plumbing models and construction drawings.
• Support the preparation and updating of as-built models and documentation.
• Assist with model coordination and clash detection using Navisworks.
• Use Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC/BIM 360) for model sharing, issue tracking, and coordination.
• Coordinate with senior modellers and multidisciplinary engineering teams to resolve modelling issues.
• Review models and drawings for accuracy and compliance with project standards.
• Maintain BIM documentation and deliverables as per project requirements.
• Complete assigned modelling tasks within project deadlines.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of relevant experience in BIM modelling and MEP projects
• Diploma/B.Tech / B.E. in Electrical Engineering/ Civil/Mechanical.
• Working knowledge of Autodesk Revit.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of Navisworks and clash detection.
• Familiarity with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC/BIM 360).
• Understanding of MEP systems, construction drawings, and BIM workflows.
• Good attention to detail, communication, and coordination skills.
• Willingness to learn and work collaboratively within a project team.
