Job summary

Arkie Atelier Design India [P] Ltd in Chennai is seeking a skilled BIM MEP Modeler with 3–5 years of experience to join our Digital Practice team.

You will develop coordinated MEP BIM models using Revit, prepare drawings and schedules, and coordinate with architecture, structure and interiors, while supporting clash detection and quantity take-offs.

This full-time role requires proficiency in Revit/Navisworks and a strong commitment to BIM standards and project delivery.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in MEP modelling.
• Experience with BIM standards and multidisciplinary coordination.
• Proficiency in Revit and Navisworks.

Responsibilities

• Develop coordinated MEP BIM models using Autodesk Revit.
• Prepare MEP drawings, layouts, schedules and construction documentation.
• Coordinate with Architecture, Structure, Interiors and other engineering disciplines.
• Support clash detection, model coordination, issue resolution and quantity take-offs.
• Contribute to Revit MEP families, templates, project libraries, and digital project delivery.

Role

We are looking for a skilled BIM MEP Modeler to join AAD’s Digital Practice team. This role is ideal for professionals with 3–5 years of experience in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) modelling who are passionate about BIM and multidisciplinary project coordination. The role involves developing coordinated MEP BIM models using Autodesk Revit, preparing MEP drawings, layouts, schedules, and construction documentation, coordinating with Architecture, Structure, Interiors, and other engineering disciplines, and supporting clash detection, model coordination, issue resolution, and quantity take-offs. The candidate will also contribute to Revit MEP families, templates, project libraries, and digital project delivery while ensuring compliance with AAD’s BIM standards and project requirements.
