Job summary

Advenser Engineering Services is seeking a BIM Engineer MEP to develop BIM models for MEP services and coordinate between all disciplines from design drawings. The role involves detailing BIM models, producing construction drawings, and ensuring alignment with client requirements.

You will perform clash detection, prepare reports, and support the team lead in project tasks while collaborating with other BIM team members.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Revit MEP, Fabrication CAD MEP, and Navisworks.
• Solid understanding of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems and construction methodologies.
• Experience in preparing shop drawings, fabrication drawings, and coordination models.
• Knowledge of BIM standards and familiarity with ACC.

Responsibilities

• Develop BIM models for MEP services from design drawings and coordinating between all services.
• Prepare BIM models with various levels of detailing and fabrication in CAD MEP.
• Create construction/shop drawings and schedules per client requirements.
• Produce as-built BIM from site survey drawings or point clouds with comments.
• Collaborate as a team member among modelers and detailers for MEP projects.
• Run clash detection and prepare clash reports.
• Assist Team Lead in various tasks.
• Coordinate a team when needed and communicate with other teams.
• Work under pressure and in shifts when required.

Key Responsibilities

• Developing BIM models for MEP services from design drawings and coordinating between all services.
• Preparation of BIM models with various level of detailing and fabrication in CAD MEP.
• Preparation of construction/shop drawings, schedules with respect to the client requirements as per superiors advice.
• Preparation of as built BIM after getting site survey drawings or point clouds / mark ups with as built comments.
• Work in a team of modelers and detailers for MEP BIM projects.
• Run clash detection and prepare clash reports.
• Assisting Team Lead in various tasks.
• As a team player in various BIM projects
