Job summary

Sarla Advantech in Pune is seeking a BIM Engineer (Mechanical) with 8 to 14 years of experience. The role focuses on Revit Mechanical, AutoCAD, and Navisworks for BIM modeling and coordination of mechanical, piping, and skid systems.

You will develop accurate LOD 300–500 models, create parametric Revit families for equipment and piping components, manage tasks independently, and contribute to clash detection and multidisciplinary coordination to deliver high-quality BIM deliverables.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Revit, AutoCAD and Navisworks for mechanical, piping and skid BIM modeling and coordination.
• Develop accurate LOD 300/350/400/500 models for process piping, equipment and skid components.
• Create, modify and manage parametric Revit families for equipment, piping and valves.
• Perform day-to-day BIM tasks independently, understand requirements and meet deadlines.
• Coordinate BIM with Navisworks clash detection and multidisciplinary reviews.

Job description

We are Hiring | BIM Engineer (Mechanical) | Revit Mechanical | Pune| 8 to 14 years

Key Skill Requirements

1. Strong hands-on experience in Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks for mechanical, piping, and skid BIM modeling and coordination.
2. Mechanical & Piping BIM Modeling ability to develop accurate LOD 300/350/400/500 models for process piping, equipment, skids, pipe supports, valves, fittings, and related components.
3. Parametric Revit Family Creation ability to create, modify, and manage parametric families for mechanical equipment, piping components, valves, instruments, and skid components.
4. Independent Task Management able to perform day-to-day BIM tasks independently, understand project requirements, troubleshoot modeling issues, and complete assigned deliverables within deadlines.
5. BIM Coordination experience in Navisworks clash detection, multidisciplinary coordination, model review, and maintaining accurate, constructible, and high-quality BIM deliverables.
