Job summary

Techture is seeking a BIM Engineer I to support the development of BIM models for international projects. You will learn BIM standards, project workflows and multidisciplinary coordination under senior guidance.

The role covers creating Revit MEP and Fabrication models, preparing shop drawings and taking-offs, and assisting in clash detection and coordination. Freshers with internships are welcome as growth begins here.

Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering is required.
• 0–2 years of BIM Modeling experience; freshers with internships or training may apply.
• Proficiency in Revit MEP, Revit Fabrication, Navisworks (basic) and AutoCAD.
• Basic understanding of BIM workflows, construction documentation and multidisciplinary coordination.
• Willingness to learn international BIM standards and project workflows.

Responsibilities

• Develop Mechanical & Plumbing BIM models under guidance of senior team members.

What We're Looking For

Technical Expertise

• HVAC, Mechanical Piping, Domestic Water, Drainage, Fire Fighting, Plant Rooms.
• Pipe Supports, Sleeves, Basic Spooling.
• Working knowledge of ASHRAE, SMACNA, IPC, UPC, and NFPA is an advantage.
