Job summary

Vertiv Global Engineering Centre, Pune, is seeking a BIM MEPF Engineer with strong Revit MEP modelling and coordination skills. You will ensure BEP adherence, follow Vertiv standards, and deliver high-quality BIM content across disciplines.

Responsibilities include coordinating MEPF services in multidisciplinary models, performing clash detection, extracting quantities for cost/schedule, creating Revit schedules and parametric families, and maintaining BIM documentation and quality checks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (mechanical or electrical preferred).
• 3–5 years of experience in BIM modeling using Revit.
• Strong understanding of BIM principles and practices.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Autodesk Revit in MEP, Navisworks.
• Proficient in creating the Revit Schedules.
• Creation of Parametric Revit families.
• Knowledge of Dynamo and Revit API is an added advantage.

• Generate clash detection reports and coordinate with project teams for issue resolution.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Vertiv Global Engineering Centre, Pune is looking for dynamic and experienced BIM MEPF Engineer, knowledge in Revit MEP Modelling and Coordination as well as Knowledge of content creation.

Engineer - BIM is responsible for coordinating & working on the BIM projects at Vertiv. This includes ensuring that all members of the team are following BEP, Vertiv standards and process, adhering to the model standards set with right software, exchanging of data regularly.

In addition to these duties the BIM Engineer is also responsible to creating, managing, and coordinating high-quality BIM models, collaborating effectively with engineers, and other disciplines to optimize design, identify and resolve clashes & conflicts, and improve overall project efficiency. He/ she will be responsible to deliver quality deliverables as per the organization’s standards. Work closely with different LoB’s and stakeholders to meet deadlines. He should ensure all team-related timesheet, quality plan, project updates on time. Stay up to date with evolving BIM technologies and workflows. Maintain clear and concise project documentation related to BIM tasks.

Job Specifications

• Extract accurate quantities and data from BIM models for cost estimation, scheduling, and other project-related purposes.
• Knowledge of COBie implementation and 4D to 7D deliverable at LOD 350, is added advantage.
• Review, estimate and give inputs into delivery schedules and level of efforts required to produce deliverables.
• Create and maintain all BIM documentation not limited to BEP, MOM, LOD matrix.
• Create and maintain quality checks and follow standards for project and Revit content deliverables.
• Excellent in English communication and prestation skills.
• Strong Conceptual, problem solving and Analytical Skills.
• Demonstrate positive attitude, high ethics, and working successfully under pressure in a time-constrained environment.
