Job summary

Vertiv Global Engineering Centre, Pune seeks an experienced BIM Engineer (MEPF) to lead modeling in Revit MEP, coordinate with disciplines and ensure BEP compliance and data exchange.

The role focuses on creating and maintaining high-quality BIM models, performing clash detection, generating schedules, and delivering timely, accurate BIM deliverables while staying current with BIM tech.

Qualifications

• Must have full-time bachelor's degree in engineering (mechanical or electrical preferred).
• Must have 3-5 years of experience in BIM modeling using Revit.
• Strong understanding of BIM principles and practices.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate MEP BIM models within multidisciplinary BIM models to identify and resolve clashes.
• Generate clash detection reports and facilitate issue resolution and coordination with project team.
• Extract quantities and data from BIM models for cost estimation and scheduling.

Vertiv Global Engineering Centre, Pune is looking fordynamicand experienced BIM MEPFEngineer, knowledge in Revit MEP Modelling and Coordinationas well as Knowledge of content creation.

Engineer - BIMis responsible for coordinating & working on the BIM projects at Vertiv. This includes ensuring that all members of the team are following BEP, Vertiv standards and process, adhering to the model standards set with right software, exchanging of data regularly.

In addition to these duties the BIM Engineer is also responsible for creating, managing, and coordinating high-qualityBIMmodels, collaborating effectivelywith engineers, and otherdisciplinesto optimize design, identify and resolve clashes & conflicts, and improve overall project efficiency. He/ she will be responsible to deliver quality deliverables as per the organization’s standards. Work closely with different LoB’s and stakeholders to meet deadlines. He should ensure all team-related timesheet, quality plan, project updates on time. Stay up to date with evolving BIM technologies and workflows. Maintain clear and concise project documentation related to BIM tasks.
