Job summary

Techture is seeking a BIM Engineer I (Mechanical & Plumbing) to support the development of BIM models for international projects. You will learn BIM standards, project workflows, and multidisciplinary coordination under guidance from senior team members.

Ideal candidates have 0–2 years of BIM modeling experience and a strong foundation in Revit MEP and AutoCAD. The role is on-site across Nagpur, Indore, Noida, with opportunities to grow within a collaborative, standards-driven environment.

Qualifications

• BE/BTech in Mechanical Engineering.
• 0–2 years BIM Modeling experience; internships/trainings accepted.
• Proficiency in Revit MEP, Revit Fabrication, Navisworks (basic), and AutoCAD.
• Willingness to learn international BIM standards and project workflows.

Responsibilities

• Develop Mechanical & Plumbing BIM models under the guidance of senior team members.
• Create and update Revit MEP and Revit Fabrication models using company BIM standards and fabrication databases.
• Prepare shop drawings, construction documentation, and quantity take-offs.
• Assist in fabrication spool and spool drawing preparation.
• Participate in clash detection and implement coordination comments using Navisworks and Revizto.
• Support QA/QC activities by incorporating review comments.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to resolve basic modeling issues.
• Maintain project documentation within ACC/BIM 360.
• Follow BEP, LOD, company BIM standards, and project documentation requirements.

About The Role

Support the development of BIM models for international projects while learning BIM standards, project workflows, and multidisciplinary coordination.

Key Responsibilities

What We're Looking For

• 0–2 years of BIM Modeling experience (Freshers with relevant internships or training may also apply).
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit MEP, Autodesk Revit Fabrication, Navisworks (basic), and AutoCAD.
• Basic understanding of BIM workflows, construction documentation, and multidisciplinary coordination.
• Willingness to learn international BIM standards and project workflows.

Technical Expertise

• HVAC, Mechanical Piping, Domestic Water, Drainage, Fire Fighting, Plant Rooms.
• Pipe Supports, Sleeves, Basic Spooling.
• Working knowledge of ASHRAE, SMACNA, IPC, UPC, and NFPA is an advantage.
