Job summary

Intelligent Consulting Engineers And Builders Priv Ate is seeking an experienced BIM Coordinator / BIM Manager / Team Lead for Indian Data Centre projects in Navi Mumbai. The role focuses on coordinating MEP BIM workflows, developing and reviewing BIM models, and ensuring timely deliverables.

The candidate should have 4+ years of MEP BIM experience and strong Revit MEP and Navisworks skills. You will lead a team, mentor BIM modelers, conduct clash detection, and ensure adherence to project

Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant MEP BIM experience.
• Strong experience in Indian Data Centre projects is preferred.
• Proficiency in Revit MEP and Navisworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate MEP BIM projects, ensuring timely and quality deliverables.
• Develop, review, and manage MEP BIM models for Data Centre projects.
• Coordinate Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting and other MEP services.
• Perform clash detection and resolution using Navisworks.
• Coordinate with Design, Engineering, Architecture and Structural teams.
• Review models, drawings and BIM deliverables as per project standards.
• Manage LOD, model quality, BIM documentation and project workflows.
• Conduct coordination meetings and track design/model-related issues.
• Guide and mentor BIM Modelers and Coordinators within the team.
• Ensure compliance with project BIM standards, processes and deadlines.

Role Overview:

We are looking for experienced BIM Coordinators / BIM Managers / Team Leads MEP to join our team for Indian Data Centre projects. The ideal candidate should have strong MEP BIM coordination experience, excellent knowledge of BIM workflows, and the ability to manage multidisciplinary coordination and project deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:
