Job summary

Talent Corner Hr Services seeks an experienced BIM Manager MEP to lead BIM projects across Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing disciplines. You will plan BIM, coordinate models, manage the team, and ensure quality and timely project delivery.

The role requires strong Revit MEP, Navisworks Manage, and AutoCAD skills, with a focus on clash detection, BEP development, and client coordination. An engineering degree in related field is essential, BIM certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering discipline.
• BIM certification will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end BIM delivery from design to As-Built stages.
• Develop and implement BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and project standards.
• Coordinate MEP models with Architectural and Structural teams.
• Perform clash detection and coordination using Revit and Navisworks.
• Ensure model quality, required LOD, and timely delivery.
• Manage and guide BIM Engineers and Modelers.
• Plan resources, monitor project schedules, and track deliverables.
• Conduct coordination meetings with clients, consultants, and project teams.
• Provide technical support and guidance to the BIM team.
• Oversee model integration, drawings, quantity take-offs, and documentation.
• Ensure all deliverables meet client and project standards.

Key Responsibilities
