Job summary

Pinnacle is seeking a seasoned BIM Manager to lead BIM delivery for complex projects from Madurai/Jaipur. The candidate will coordinate MEP systems, drive BIM standards, and manage cross-disciplinary teams to ensure clash-free models and timely delivery.

The role demands hands-on Revit expertise, extensive Navisworks use, and experience with BIM 360/ACC. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential for effective stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Architecture or related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of hands-on BIM experience in the AEC industry.
• 2–3 years in a BIM Manager / BIM Lead / BIM Coordinator leadership role.
• Mandatory: Strong and proven experience in MEP BIM coordination and modeling.
• Strong understanding of MEP systems, spatial coordination, clearances, routing, and constructability.
• Preferred: Experience in multidisciplinary coordination involving Architectural, Civil, and Structural models.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain BIM Execution Plans (BEP) in line with client requirements and ISO 19650.
• Lead MEP BIM coordination and 3D modeling across Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection systems.
• Review MEP layouts, routing, clearances, constructability, and coordination requirements.
• Lead multidisciplinary coordination between MEP and ACS models and conduct clash detection using Navisworks.
• Identify, assign, monitor, and close hard and soft clashes within project timelines.
• Manage, mentor, and develop BIM Coordinators and BIM Modelers with resource planning.
• Establish and monitor BIM QA/QC processes, ensuring model accuracy and LOD compliance.
• Manage model/document workflows through CDEs such as BIM 360 and ACC.
• Coordinate with design, engineering, construction teams and clients to resolve BIM issues.
• Lead and participate in BIM/constructability coordination meetings and ensure timely closure of actions.
• Evaluate and implement BIM technologies and workflows to improve project delivery.
• Ensure proper model version control, information exchange, documentation, and project compliance.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and leadership-oriented BIM Manager with strong, hands-on expertise in MEP BIM coordination and modeling. The role will be responsible for leading BIM delivery across complex projects, ensuring effective multidisciplinary coordination, adherence to BIM standards, and timely delivery of high-quality, clash-free models.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of MEP systems and constructability, along with good exposure to Architectural, Civil, and Structural (ACS) coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain BIM Execution Plans (BEP) in line with client requirements and industry standards, including ISO 19650.
• Lead MEP BIM coordination and 3D modeling, covering Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection systems.
• Review MEP layouts, routing, clearances, constructability, and coordination requirements.
• Lead multidisciplinary coordination between MEP and ACS models and conduct regular clash detection and resolution using Navisworks.
• Identify, assign, monitor, and close hard and soft clashes within project timelines.
• Manage, mentor, and develop BIM Coordinators and BIM Modelers, including resource planning and task allocation.
• Establish and monitor BIM QA/QC processes, ensuring model accuracy, LOD compliance, and adherence to project/company standards.
• Manage model/document workflows through Common Data Environments (CDE) such as BIM 360 and Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).
• Coordinate with design, engineering, construction, contractors, and clients to resolve BIM and constructability-related issues.
• Lead and participate in BIM/constructability coordination meetings and ensure timely closure of action items.
• Evaluate and implement BIM technologies, plugins, automation tools, and efficient workflows to improve project delivery.
• Ensure proper model version control, information exchange, documentation, and project compliance.
