Role Description

The Billing Specialist role at EziBizi is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram. The Billing Specialist will manage end-to-end billing processes, including generating and reviewing invoices, ensuring accurate client billing, and reconciling billing records with accounting data. Responsibilities include tracking payments, resolving billing discrepancies, responding to client billing inquiries, and maintaining up-to-date billing documentation. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely revenue recognition, supporting audits, and continuously improving billing workflows and controls.
