Job summary

Rahee Infratech is seeking a detail-oriented professional to manage billing, invoicing and quantity estimation, ensuring timely tax invoices and certified contractor bills to support smooth work progress.

You will plan projects with Primavera/MS Project, monitor progress, prepare revised plans, and collect data to compare actual vs planned performance.

Additionally, you will handle MIS reporting, material reconciliation, cost tracking and maintain project records and contractual compliance.

Responsibilities

• Preparation of detail measurement of bill (quantity estimation), submission and certification by client.
• Follow up for timely generation of Tax Invoice and data for invoice generation; prepare contractor bills.
• Preparation of detail project plan per contract and monitor progress wrt work plan.
• Assist in preparing and updating project schedules using Primavera/MS Project.
• Prepare daily, weekly, monthly progress reports for planning & billing teams.
• Reconciling quantities and material statements and maintaining cost-related records.
• Attend coordination meetings with engineers, contractors and project managers.

Job description

Billing & Invoicing :

• Preparation of detail measurement of bill (quantity estimation), submission and get it certified by client.
• Follow up for timely generation of Tax Invoice and provide necessary data for Invoice generation. Preparation and certification of contractor bill for timely payment and smooth work progress

Planning of Project :

• Preparation of detail project plan as per given time schedule as per contract.
• Monitoring work progress wrt work plan.
• Preparation of revised work plan as and when required.
• Assist in preparing and updating project schedules using Primavera/MS Project.
• Collect progress data from site teams and compare actual vs. planned progress.
• Identify and report potential delays and deviations to the planning team.
• Coordinate with site engineers for daily and weekly progress tracking

MIS Reporting :

• Preparation of Daily, Monthly progress report (Physical & Financial), Roll diagram.
• Preparation of Work review meeting documents, attending review meeting for evaluating project progress and de-bottlenecking.
• Preparing report statement like DPR and MPR to describe every days activities in a easiest form to understand progress in details.
• Preparing method statement of any of the structure. Where describe about the structure before construction to complete the structure.
• Micro planning prepared with the Site in-charge for detailed progress planning.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports for the planning & billing team.
• Attend coordination meetings with engineers, contractors, and project managers. Help in maintaining and updating project-related records.

Reconciliation of Materials :

• Reconciling quantities and material statements, and preparing monthly reconciliation statements.
• Preparing reconciliation statement to recognize the wastage and control the margin of wastage and resolve. For differentiate the value of profit and loss and make it with suitable ratio.

Cost Tracking & Documentation :

• Assist in monitoring project costs and identifying cost variances.
• Maintain proper documentation of work completion certificates and bill approvals. Support the team in contractual compliance, claims, and variation tracking. Role & responsibilities
