2. Exposure in working with contractors in construction companies.

Role and Responsibilities :

1. Prepare and submit invoices to clients for work completed, ensuring they accurately reflect the agreed-upon rates and quantities

2. Collaborate with site engineers to obtain accurate measurements of work completed, which are used for billing purposes

3. Preparing the budgeted costs and obtaining approval from Management. Creating and monitoring of budgets and schedules for the company.

1. Coordinate with the project and site team for timely updates and certification.

2. Prepare client bills (RA bills) and subcontractor bills as per work progress and contract terms.

3. Verify quantities executed at site through measurements (DPR, MB, etc.).

4. Ensure bills are submitted with complete supporting documents and as per the BOQ.

5. Maintain proper records of contract agreements, variations, and amendments.

6. Monitor budget vs. actual cost and support cost control processes

7. Liaise with clients, consultants, and accounts for bill approvals and follow-ups.
